Terms & Conditions
To ensure we can offer appointments fairly to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to our booking policy:
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Appointment Changes
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. With at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
Please note that deposit transfers are only permitted when 7 days’ notice is given.
Late Changes & Cancellations
We are unable to accept any appointment changes, cancellations or requests to transfer deposits within 48 hours of your appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full (100% of the treatment cost).
Facial Appointments
If you have booked a facial appointment without specifying a treatment, your appointment time will be reserved for you. Should you fail to attend or cancel outside of our cancellation policy, the minimum facial appointment fee of £70 will be charged.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. KT Beauty Clinic cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply. If there is insufficient time to carry out your treatment safely, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the full treatment cost will be charged.
Treatment Courses
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatment(s) deducted from your course.
